1. Denied treatment based on review given

   I contacted 111 for advice about my toothache and was referred to the Witham dental centre which I went. After seeing a dentist and dentist recommended filling the tooth and see if there wont be need for removal.Went back after few days due to discomfort in eating and made a complaint about my tooth being uneven which the dentist contest my complaint and said she cant see anything of such after inspection. I did a review as I was asked about review haven’t just visited. They replied me on the review to delete my review as there was no record of me visiting the centre. I replied them stating my name and why I gave such review. I got no response since then . I called few days ago to book an appointment which they gave me an appointment for today and called me few hours to the appointment that my dentist is not available. I called back and asked if the appointment can reschedule for another days and was told I came in as an urgent care and need to call 111 to refer me to another dentist. I asked if this apply to my whole family because I registered them after attending the clinic as an urgent care according to what they call it. I see this as an unfair treatment due someone speaking out her mind on how she views the service. The service should have used it as a point of call the dentist to another before it cost the centre more than a one star review but instead tend to deny a vulnerable patient care.

2. Helpful staff and happy to help

   I have 4 children registered at this dentist. They have been registered there for a year now with no complaints. I would recommend them.
