  1. Gone Right Downhill

    Rude reception staff
    Prescriptions wrong
    Can’t book appointments online
    Medical staff are excellent
    Building is dated, yet new building is not forthcoming- all empty promises

  2. Patient 44 Years

    Time was I would have given this practice five starBUT it is believed that telephone conversations with medical staff will continue in spite of other practices being open . Many people, particularly the elderly, need face to face contact with their GP . If this system is maintained, sooner or later there will be a very serious incident

  3. Always friendly, helpful and effective

    I feel extremely lucky to be on this surgery’s list (for the last 30+ years) They are very busy, but all staff are always courteous, helpful and friendly. It is reasonably easy to get an appointment, and the quality of care is exceptional.
