  1. Unprofessional staff, managers

    After nine months no care plan, care coordinator vanished, had been removed from Nursing register.
    Manager rude dismissive no empathy, care or admin staff self important protectors of managers, whole experience a disgrace.

    Social workers could do with bettering their listening skills.
