    Spoke to receptionist who was initially understanding but put the phone down on me when I complained that Management could only by contacted by a handwritten letter and asked for her name.

    My opinion is this is simply not good enough in 2023.

  3. Unable to get doctors appointment

    Put on hold for 45min on my mobile phone only to be told no appointments available and to call back the following morning at 8.30, when I did an automated message told me to call back later, eventually got through 5hrs later only to be told same thing again, no appointments and to call back next morning, sure enough same thing again. This practice is dysfunctional and not fit for purpose. Had to go private.

  4. scarce appointments slow referralsnot

    Often told there are no doctors appointments for 6 weeks for an appointment. Routinely can’t get through on the phones. Basic services unavailable. Nurses who take blood tests are rude. Slack in interpreting and administering blog tests. Slow to refer to specialists. I had to complain to NHS about them. Took 3 months for them to refer me for something incredibly important.

  5. Staff are rude

    I have never been to this health centre before, the receptionist is lovely and very nice , however the ladies that do the blood tests are rude. I came for a blood test on Friday and told the lady that I was not keen on needles so just to be nice and keep that in mind . She proceeded to poke my arm the find a vessel however couldn’t so did the other arm, I turned away to avoid looking at needles , and she raised her voice and told me to look forward. My bruise from the blood test is horrific, I will try and add pictures but its really bad and I have never had a blood test like it . Apart from that, I was seen straight away pretty much .
