If you or someone you care for is experiencing mental health worries, we may be able to help.  We run therapeutic gardening; environmental, recovery and wellbeing workshops and courses; and REACH the South East Essex Recovery College.

If you are an unpaid carer in the Southend borough we also run counselling and peer support activities for carers.
