  1. Poor service

    This pharmacy is never delivering medication in time in a care home, which leaves the residents not have any medications, and when asked to follow up they always say that they have delivered. Most of the time they send wrong persons medications to a home which doesnt not even have that person residing in that home.

    The team at Total Medcare have always been caring for my mother and making sure that she has her medication on time. They take the stress away

    Always a great service and reliable and a free and prompt delivery service. Would highly recommend

    Doesn’t care if Residents in care home will not have medication to take. No words to describe how awful the service especially on this time of difficulty. If only I can give zero I would.

  5. Argumentive staff

    As always I seem to have problems with this pharmacy.
    They never believe me when I tell them my mother’s tablets have finished.
