  1. Shocking service

    Impossible to get a timely appointment and reception staff are brusque to the point of rudeness. Left a message for Practice Manager to call me back, but was ignored. My family member has been let down terribly by the Practice They are unable to deal with anyone with SPLD (i.e. Dyslexia). This has resulted in unacceptable care which has had potentially fatal consequences.

  2. Frustrating

    Whilst it is appreciated that there has been immense pressure placed on the Practice due to impact of the pandemic. I am sadly having to feedback that the Practice telephone appointment booking has been unacceptable. My 80 plus year old parents have over last 3 months been unable to get through on the phone – most recently when my father had to make an appointment following minor surgery. This resulted in him having to walk to the surgery to try and book an appointment to have his dressing checked and changed. The Reception staff were very unhelpful and to some degree I understand they were boarding on rude.
