  1. the staff are always courteous and friendly

    any problem is dealt with quickly and efficiently, whether it be a referal or prescription issue. There is always a DR there, so you will always be seen. Cant fault it, i have mental health issues and Dr. [edited by HWE] was fantastic insisting they see me the same day for immediate help. She is amazing, always got a friendly smile. Sometimes wish the prescriptions were dispensed a bit quicker but cannot fault the staff.
