Generally nice practice
Appointment system is first come first served, emergency appointments usually available – always prepare for a wait. Nice staff, no problems in over 20 years.
The staff are very helpful and generally do what they can.
Improvements could be made to appointments but I think that the system as about as fair as you can get. Sometimes overrunning is a problem and the private car park is unpredictable if you get caught when a gp appointment is late.

Was at this practice for more than 40 years and it used to be a great practice. Now it is almost impossible to get a referral to a consultant – the GPs preferring to prescribe tablets and delay or even outright refuse any consultation. I have since moved to a different practice and after discussing problems with new GP he stated that a referral to a consultant was essential.
The Doctors at this practice were always some of the best in Harlow, but it seems now they are only interested in the patient turnover.
Practice is barely open, closing for 4 hours at lunch time !!! Their consultation time is only just larger than their lunch break, making it very difficult to get any appointments, especially if you want to see a specific Doctor.
