  1. Distinct lack of empathy

    1. GP and practice manager refusing to provide a letter of support for a PIP application, not exactly joined up government.
    2. No card machine for prescription payments.

  2. Treated with utmost care

    Offered an appointment to suit me and the doctor I saw listened to me and helped me through my problem
