  1. Ridiculously long waiting times

    It takes six weeks to get an appointment.

    No apology from the practice, as this is their expectation of customer service.

    They have no concept of assisting the disability community, reasonable adjustments to be inclusive is not in their vocabulary.

    Requests to have the legally required patient panel in place, have been met with three years of excuses.

  2. Poor

    Patients passed from person to person and not progress anywhere. Breaches of patient confidentiality as can hear staff talking about other patients (North Weald practice). Communication of records between hospital and surgery non existent.
