  1. Chaotic and woeful

    I started using this pharmacy 10 months ago and was impressed by the polite and caring service provided. Over the past 4-5 months the pharmacy has descended into chaos and there is a complete lack of concern for patient wellbeing. The staff are struggling to keep on top of repeat prescriptions and the ever changing pharmacists fail to grasp the needs of their patients. Promises to call if there is an issue, offering to send a text alert when scripts are ready have all gone by the way side over the past few months. Its sad that staff have been so badly affected my a lack of organisation. My experience today was the straw that broke the camels back, as it was a follow up visit from yesterday when the pharmacist assured me she would call if there was an issue with my elderly relatives urgent repeat medication that should have been ready to collect yesterday. After 10 minute wait the pharmacist said they had no script and had no way or providing support, asked why she hadn’t called yesterday I was met with an insincere apology. The welfare of my relative is such that I cannot continue to use this pharmacy as the pharmacist clearly lacks concern for those they are supposed to serve. One to avoid!
