  1. Reception needs improving

    Reception staff triaging patients need better training to give patients easy option and not divulge their issues.

  2. no appointments

    No appointments, take far to long to answer phone, just do not care anymore, they were one of the best doctors, how can they have become the worst, telling patients go to A&E when it is not needed
