  1. Dangerously inadequate.

    1. Access and assessment team. Did not identify themselves correctly, Care plan scrawled on a piece of paper, complete lack of empathy, compassion and mindfulness, unprofessional, disinterested, uncaring attitude and unable to communicate effectively. 2. Consultant Psychiatrist – Combative, antagonistic, rude, unable to explain admissions rationale so as to be understood, and attempted to coerce me into continuing with unsuitable medication. This is a complete disregard of the 6 C’s of care and amounts to a breach of the NHS constitution.
