  1. Not helpful with dementia patients

    Making an appointment or speaking to someone is almost impossible if you’re suffering from dementia. Phones are on answerphone so you can’t get through. They need to make it easier for patients with dementia to access appointments. Once you get an appointment, nurses and doctors are very good. The GP Care Advisor was a good service which helped us with benefits and paper work.
