  1. Given a same day appointment

    Called at 8am I was waiting for 7 minutes for call to be answered. Once answered I Explained my problems to the receptionist who was very pleasant. She offered me an emergency appointment the same day. I saw a very good doctor. Very pleased with my experience.

  2. Worst service ever!

    Have been trying to get an appointment here for over 2 weeks and cannot get one at all! Initially called at 8am as soon as it opened and must have been the first caller but was told they were fully booked already and there were no available appointments for a week! When we have tried calling back to get an appointment no one answers the phone – the phone will ring for 10 minutes, 12 minutes and no one will pick up. We went to the surgery in the hope to be squeezed in should another patient have cancelled or not shown up, but when we arrived at 5:45 (the surgery closes at 6:30) we were greeted by 2 rude receptionists, who said the dr had gone home at 5pm. We were told the drs can work whatever hours they want and they were just there to answer the phones – no wonder you can’t get an appointment for a week when there is no one there and it’s pointless the receptionists answering the phone when you can’t get an appointment or they don’t even answer the phone at all in the first place! We have had to get appointments at another surgery as an emergency twice now as they won’t fit us in. It has gone on so long we have needed a drs certificate to be off work – we requested this a week ago and still have received nothing! Absolutely disgusted at the service – I never write reviews but this needs to be dealt with as soon as possible! [What was good about the service? How do you think this service could be improved? – edited by HWE] Nothing at all was good about the service on this occasion.

  3. Only gave 1 star because i couldn't do 0.

    What surgery? Only locums, see a different one each time and none of them seem to know what they are doing.. Would leave in an instant if any other local Dr’s would take us. Either get real Dr’s or shut down and do us all a favour.
    Nothing is good. Even the good receptionists left along with the decent nurses.
