The Burnham Surgery Feedback

  1. Can't get an appointment

    They have a stupid system to call at 8 or 2:30 for a drs appointment, it takes around 30 minutes to get through then on hold for another 15 with no appointments available. You cannot book an appointment and no one has a spare 45 minutes twice a day when working. My family over the past year have gone to a&e via 111 as its quicker to get antibiotics. The receptionists give out medical advise I presume with no medical training (apologies if this is not the case) one time I was told to persevere when I asked to see a dr.
