  1. Telephone contact non existent

    Was ask to call ward to advise time of proposed visit to a family member. No answer and voice mail full. Rang hospital main reception who tried another extension but voice mail full. This has also been the experience of another family member also trying to visit. Is this a forgotten domain of the hospital?
