    GPS and nurses are helpful and treated patients with respect and dignity. They provide good standard of care. Receptionist are helpful and friendly and efficient. The surgery cared for their patient

    Lovley surgery, never had a problem getting appointment, lovley doctors and lovely ladys on reception.

  4. Sadly unhelpful today....

    Tablets come in packs of 28 but people think in months….but the receptionist refused to forward a prescription to the pharmacist saying it was a day too early …but she didn’t tell the patient who wasted the pharmacist’s time looking for it! After a lengthy phone call she has sent a prescription for 7 days of tablets – what a waste of everyone’s time. This patient has multiple tablets and is a good example of self management – but the receptionist prefers to waste her, and other people’s time. That won’t save any money – the same number of tablets will be consumed – but time is wasted and bad feeling created.
