Specsavers Opticians – Rayleigh Feedback

  1. Waited for my glasses more than 2 months.

    Not answering the phone.
    Not to get back to you in case of any
    inquiry.
    Long waiting ( up to 3 weeks) until the glasses are ready.
    Not enough experienced staff and since some of them not wearing uniform, you don’t know who is really working there.
    Staff looked tried and worn out.
