  1. Reception triage

    Reception staff are triaging patients
    They can be pushy to those not wishing to explain what is wrong
    This can be off putting and if you have mental health concerns you might give up.
    Training and offering options would be better

  2. Patient

    Appalling. THe surgery does not offer any patient care and has processes that can cause harm. It does not answer phone, respond to letters or emails. If you walk in to the surgery to speak to reception they will tell you to phone in … they do not answer the phones!

We aim to provide a high standard of service to all our patients and we are so sorry to learn that we have not met your expectations on this occasion.
