Saint Francis Hospice Feedback

  1. Care and compassion with a capital C

As a daughter being told your beloved Dad has terminal Cancer you want to do everything you can for the man that is your hero. My Dad is currently an inpatient at St Francis Hospice. From the moment we entered the hospice he was treated with so much dignity. The staff really show compassion and are caring for him as an individual not some 84 year old with cancer. As a daughter who tried to care for him at home, alone and feeling abandoned by the system, it was an all consuming relief to know that my dad was finally being cared for in every aspect. I can now sleep at night knowing that a fantastic team are taking such good care of my dad. I feel he is secure and safe, I would go as far as saying loved and respected. I couldn’t give him the care this loving man deserved, so I thank God for the angels that are St Francis. From the volunteers, nurses, physio, pharmacists, Drs to the senior Management team you are all Angels and I thank you for taking care of my Dad my hero when he needs you the most.
