  1. Excellent GP Surgery

    I have had a very positive experience with this GP surgery. The service is excellent, and the new system is working really well, making everything much smoother and more efficient. The administrative staff and clinicians are all caring, attentive, and professional. They pay great attention to detail and genuinely take the time to help and support patients. It really feels like they care about your wellbeing. Highly recommended.

  2. Simply not good enough

    Noticed worrying decline in this surgery. Appointments are almost impossible to get unless you complain. Online booking system appears switched off. Nurse practitioner currently away for three weeks and told the service is therefore not available. However, my main frustration is with the service provide for my wife who is in recovery from cancer and cannot get an appointment unless she joins the lottery of the 8am phone call. That’s even the case when she directly goes in to ask to book an appointment. Complaints procedure does not include an email address or form (presumably you can’t complain unless you phone at 8am!) The surgery appears to be almost totally dysfunctional in terms of health access.

    Respectful, genuine and discussed treatment and referral options. Surgery always excellent and do what they can. Like everywhere are short on resources so sometimes c phone call substitutes an emergency appt. great with mental health patients as well as physical and are highly respectful. Think this is prob the best surgery in Brentwood. Register on line and you can just arrange repeat prescriptions on line and any one off simple medication requests rather than having to call or take up dr appt times. Can also book appts on line which works great as you can pick from what is available instead of just been given a time by reception. Could be improved by bookbale nurse appts on line too and test results being made visible.

  4. service deterioreated

    Used to be very good but don’t know what is happening now. Waiting for referal to NHS which has now taken 9 days and still not done. ?
    Used to run with three full time doctors but now have two full and one part time which obviously slows things down. Administration seems to come to standstill if secretary is away. Have been with surgery for 40 years and have noticed the considerable decline overall.
