1. Clean and welcoming home. Friendly staff.

   I cannot recommend this home highly enough. All the staff are lovely, they are so good with the residents. I visited recently and a member of staff was giving my Mum a cuddle to reassure her. I just don’t worry about my Mum’s care anymore, I know she is getting the best care that she has had so far. It is such a weight off my mind knowing that she is safe. The staff at Rawreth court are so lovely with my Mother. I feel she is looked after very well, she is always clean and dressed in fresh clothes every day. There are plenty of staff in the main areas when I visit. For the first time in 2 years I am not worried about my Mum. I know she is safe there.The staff are so friendly and helpful. The place always looks so clean and welcoming.

2. Cvery poor, care standards do not exist here

   Care plan, copy and paste, did not relate to my aunt, referred to her as him and used a mans name, content very wrong. Nursing staff leaving medication for relatives to give not monitored, poor practice. Residence put in a back room with no interaction what so ever. No care just a conveyer belt, no fluids offered all morning between breakfast and lunch for those who can not ask, regular weights not done, poor care and practices all round. How do you think this service could be improved? – edited by HWE] A good manager who does not leave incompetent agency staff to run the home at weekends, why is a manager there only Monday to Friday. Not enough one to one with the residents who require that little bit more, the ones who cause distraction to other are put in a separate room with no stimulation what so ever, disgusting care.
