  1. Unacceptable waiting times

    referred to consultant in April, review meant for July, still waiting in October. Consultant didnt have any of my notes and gave mr medication already had even though I said didnt work first time, Sent for tests in May, still waiting appointment for results. Phoned up and they said they would send me a letter with results as had no available appointments. Couldnt guarantee I would be able to see anyone this side of Christmas. Really fed up with lack of service from NHS. [What was good about the service? How do you think this service could be improved? – edited by HWE] Improving waiting times and consultants actually spending time to listen to you as a person rather than rush you through because they are busy
