  1. Who is Provide?

    3rd time I encountered a problem with provide.
    On this occasion it is about Provide lack of responsibility, totally inadequate organising skills. Left me wondering who they are.
    I was referred to Provide spirometry clinic in Chelmsford because I am suffering from breathing problems when I walk.
    I phoned them and was told there is free parking at the clinic.
    I arrived early, the clinic had no receptionist, there was a note that sat to sign into the screen but no screen to sign in. I then walked about to find somebody. A lady was in a room, probably in her break, she told me to wait, which I did for 20mn. She then went through questions then had a fight with the machine that refused to connect to her portable, the tests had to be redone many times, so I was there for over an hour.
    2 days later I received a ticket for overdoing the parking time. So I called them but they did not called me back. I just wanted to know if they had an arrangement with the private car parking. Time came when i had to pay or face debt collectors. By the time they tried to call me i was annoyed. Emailed them constantly trying to get a complaint number but no reply!
    And 2 weeks on no tests results.
    Who is paying them?

  2. No appointments available

    Called to make an appointment for past week couldn’t get through, then told to see gp, go referred back to SHC. SHC no appointments for nearly a month, then only telephone appt. I need help today not end of this month!

  3. No appointments available across North Essex.

    I have tried to make an appointment but to no avail. Appointments don’t exist, it’s walk-in only, which means you have to take half a day off work to be seen. The opening hours on the website are wrong and there are no directions to find the clinics building.
    1. Open the actual clinic to provide a service.
    2. Provide accurate opening times on the website.
    3. Allow appointments to be made, like you would expect from any medical service.
