  1. Very slick

    This has been a really great service – the referral process and booking process were really slick. Loved being able to choose an appointment to suit me and my child. Parking at the clinic was a bonus. Staff very friendly and professional. Thank you.

  2. courtesy from the moment I arrived

    This was private patient treatment on the nhs. Nothing was rushed the Doctor was attentive as was the nurse doing the hearing test
    The overall experience was very impressive and I am sorry this feedback was not done sooner. [What was good about the service? How do you think this service could be improved? – HWE] Maybe a larger waiting room
