  1. Bad

    I saw a orthopaedic consultant here in 2021 who made a diagnosis of duputrens disease.
    I’ve been going through a lot of pain and discomfort awaiting the time my hand is ready for surgery, and a few weeks back invested in an MRI at the NHS hospital this consultant works at(Colchester).

    The mri confirms there is no duputrens disease – it seems I was misdiagnosed.

    So what has caused the pain and discomfort and surely private specialists should be knowledgeable and thorough??
