  1. Manager is extremely abusive

    Just don’t make a complaint cos the manager will scream at you, then ask you to leave the practice i.e. move somewhere. Only one GP here is safe to speak to, the rest are condescending, sexist, and love the good old fashioned gaslighting techniques. They also assume all patients know * all about medicine, yet many of us do. Abuse of chronically ill patients is horrific but you cant complain or the manager will also abuse you . No surgery on Canvey is safe anymore.
