  1. Untrained staff & over bearing management

    Similar to the message below, I have been at this practise my entire life. When I was told I had missed an appointment despite having the email cancelling the appointment in my outbox, they then told me because they had heard me say a swear word on the phone, they deemed that as abuse to staff and I was told I wasn’t a patient anymore. This practice have previously called me several times to tell me I have been removed as an nhs patient, again not sure why, no explanation they just make up excuses. Very disappointing when I am suffering with bad teeth.

    Just a warning. They are striking people off for no reason. Just been told I’ve been struck off due to a made up appointment I didn’t attend. I have no emails or text messages and I can provide evidence of this. No appeal no investigation.
    I suspect they are trying to reduce their clients ahead of going fully private in October. Avoid this surgery.

    Claim is I didn’t attend in July 2021. I did not book and I’ve had no reminders.

    I had some messages regarding forms but I have no idea what they are for. Then some reminders to book for a routine check up. I have been with Noel House Dental Surgery most of my adult life and right now I’m feeling a little hurt to be treated this way. Thanks to the wonderful team for the years of great care especially through Covid times. However, I am a bit taken aback at the management’s approach.
