NEP Trust Headquarters Feedback

  1. Absolutely let down and no help what so ever

After speaking with a registrar from my GP practise, I was told to ring the crisis team to ask for a support worker as due to covid I am not receiving any professional help. I was very upset when I spoke to both the registrar then the crisis team. My needs were not met at all, I don’t feel that I was listened to, the person I spoke with just palmed me off with “everyone is anxious at the moment because of covid, see how you go for a couple of weeks and if you don’t feel any better ring back” months on and I still haven’t had any support, I’m still not in a good place and just feel like everywhere I turn I have the door slammed in my face!
I have had to fight the mental health team for a while, being discharged when I said I wasn’t well, then my own GP having to fight to get me seen again! The whole mental health system is a complete failure to people like myself.

  2. attend Harlow and find the service wanting

The prescriber was a seriously obnoxious lady who appears to have none of the caring which should be a cornerstone of your service. Employ people with less attitude and higher work ethic.

  3. Very poor. They do not listen.

Failed to provide an adequate service. Failed to provide adequate crisis teams. Failed to provide sufficient follow up care following crisis. Abused and ignored.

  4. amazing decent nurses

there are not enough words, they saved my life.

  5. Was an inpatient

Could not have wished for better care, nurses spent time with me and helped me understand my triggers. I’m now back into the road to recovery.
