Mountbatten House Surgery Feedback

  1. Repeat prescription not delivered

    We requested a repeat prescription at the surgery on Friday. We went to collect it on Wednesday, not there due to there needing to be a medication review. Please call Thursday after 11:00am. My wife called, was told that the prescription would be available Friday afternoon. Friday afternoon the prescription had not been delivered. Now Monday. My wife ran out of tablets on Wednesday night! Spoke to Danbury Dispensary, told I wasn’t allowed to discuss my wife’s case. So I requested to speak to the Practice Manager. Was told that she wouldn’t transfer me as the Practice Manager would just tell me the same. I explained that the choice wasn’t’t hers to make. Still refused. So I threatened legal action. Transferred to Communication manager. Someone is now going to drop the prescription off on their way home. I’m not holding my breath. Beacon Group has more cowboys than a John Wayne movie!!
