Medequip provides the Community Equipment Loan Service across Essex, supporting people to live independently and safely at home. Commissioned by Essex County Council and the NHS, this service supplies a wide range of equipment – such as mobility aids, bathing supports, and specialist items – on loan following assessment by a health or social care professional. Medequip manages the equipment delivery, installation, collection, servicing, and recycling. Our aim is to make daily living easier and promote independence for individuals of all ages across Essex.
