  1. DFailure to assess condition

    My wife has been suffering urinatory problems,feeling. sick and discomfrt. Over an extended period she either saw or had conversations with GPs and medical practitiiner a total of seven individuals. Weve had antibiotic creams anti depressants etc, al to no effect. Finaly someone had a light bulb moment and suggested it was cystitus. Bearing in mind how it is probably not an uncommon conditiin in woman it seem incredable that diagnosis tookso much medical brain power.

  2. unable to contact GP surgery.

    Tried to make appt/speak to a member of staff at 8.am today but was cut off 4 times. Why? This should not be happening in 2023. Loughton health centre.
