Knightswick Clinic Feedback

  1. Not great

Receptionist ****** was always moody and made walking into the clinic very uncomfortable. She was very patronising on one occasion towards me when called out for not doing her job properly. Only answers the door when she can be bothered to which meant I was late to multiple appointments – Always on her phone to what I’m guessing is a friend or family member due to over heard conversations. Overall just so unprofessional especially for a place that constantly has vulnerable people walking in the door that might not react well one day.

  2. Incredibly bad

If i could give a no star i would

  3. Not good

Saw a psychiatrist. Refused medication. I was offered ongoing support but only twice a month. If you ring to speak to duty care they are very rude and act like they don’t care. It seems people here don’t want to help.

  4. No support provided after seeing consultant

No support services provided even though patient suffers from self harm. I cannot think of anything that was good about the service the patient received.
The service can be improved by providing mental health counselling, ensuring the patient has confidence in the organisation they are dealing with.

  5. Poor

I saw a female middle grade (e.g. registrar) psychiatrist here. It was my first outpatient’s appointment at the clinic. The psychiatrist gave me the impression that she could not be bothered with me at all. I was not given an update on the plan moving forward and a diagnosis was never discussed. I was very disappointed and I thought after what’s the point of going to the psychiatrist at all.
