  1. Caring and professional staff

    Very happy with the care that my mum has received

    We requested help to check that my 94 year old mother was having lunch and taking her medication. This amounts to just one hour, on the days when we have no family member to do so. The initial assessment was thorough to ensure her needs were met. All of the carers have been attentive and caring. They fill in the feedback on the app promptly and comprehensively. My mum does prefer to have the same carer, Candice, with whom she has formed a relationship. Candice has had a very positive impact on her wellbeing. I have let Kinect know this and, where possible, this has happened. We are very grateful for this, and hope that this member of your staff will continue to visit, as her health deteriorates, and the need for care grows.

  3. Brilliant

    The office staff and carers are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble.
    From the very beginning I have felt comfortable with them. They do a fantastic job of caring for my husband.
    They seem to automatically know when I need support and I’m struggling with our situation. I feel the carers have become friends.
    I would recommend Kinect Services to anyone.
    It is such a good idea for patients to have access to their app so we know exactly when the carers are due. They always arrive on time.

  4. Lost total faith in the planning team

    Face to Face staff are brilliant (drivers & PA’s on buses, I would gladly give them 5* they really do earn there money and go above & beyond) But the Transport planners team/customer relations team really have a negative impact on Kinect as a business. The planning team are constantly changing routes and there is no consistency for the young children with underlining needs using Kinect transport. It will be very interesting if this gets displayed in their reviews!!!

      Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, although please be advised that this review service is specifically for our Domiciliary Care Team Service, for regulated activities, which is a separate service – please direct further reviews regarding Transport to the correct platform.

      Regarding your query, I know the Customer Relations Team are working with you to resolve the challenges, and have escalated this to ECC for their approval to support with achieving the right outcome for your young person.

  5. I am able to be a son again with support

    My experience of this service from the start has been great. The assessment happened quickly and I found the manager efficient taking my dads wishes to live this journey the way he wishes and respecting his choices.
    The carers have been on time and turned up with full PPE to protect him at this time.
    I have access to the rotas and can leave notes to the carers and the manager. The carers have liaised with the community nurse teams for me and I am able to access the service with their out of hours contact at any time. I am very happy with their support and would recommend them to anyone who wants good quality care with caring people..
