The Ideas Hub is a community space with the main focus on supporting Good Mental Health (prevention and recovery)

·        Drop in daily creative workshops (donations only). Some are tailored especially to BAME & LGBTQ communities

·        Meet up Mondays + ‘crisis’ cafe with 1:1 support (listening/ signposting)

·        Face to face befriending: 1:1 or small group

·        Free legal service on Mondays 10am-1pm
