Appalling
I ordered prescription for Type 2 Diabetes online and pharmacy reported that GP had declined it. Reordered and made a call to receptionist who was adamant that it was not due as I had received 112 tablets on 25/10/18. I take 4 tablets a day and that makes it 28days supply. Tried to explain that it’s 2 weeks now since 22/11/18 when I ran out. On Tuesday 04/12/18 I asked for annual leave to sort out my medication. Popped in the surgery and receptionist still insisted I am not due any till 22/12/18. I then explained to her the error and what she only said later is I have sent prescription online to pharmacy No Apology at all. This is totally absurd and unacceptable.
