    Wat a practice the girls behind the desk are always so helpful and kind and polite. I was seen this morning by nurse ***** what a lovely lady she is a breath of fresh air she explains everything so well also very kind & understanding. Thank you all xxx.

  2. Dr Charlotte Rose, empathetic NOT!

    Whilst I have enormous respect for the wonderful staff on reception and all of the nurses I’ve ever dealt with, I cannot express the same for today’s (16/2/26) appointment with Dr ********* ****.
    I rarely visit the GP as it’s not somewhere you really want to go, so felt on edge just being there. This was not helped by the decidedly icy greeting from Dr ****. She called my name and that’s it, no pleasant chat, in fact no words at all. She struggled to give actual eye contact, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I felt unease throughout and couldn’t wait to leave the room. I have more empathy in my little finger than I was shown in my appointment by Dr ****. Hopefully now there are numerous gp’s at the surgery, our paths will never have to cross again.

    Appointment cancelled 4 times and still waiting to see someone left in pain no one has apologised for this lack of care and service.

  4. unprofessional and uncaring surgery

    i have received terrible service from this surgery and due their incompetence and lack of care for their patients have been left with no medication and no advice as to when and where i can obtain it.

    Although they have said they will call me to discuss the situation no one has had the decency to try to contact me and i am now left awaiting them to have the professionalism to contact me and show me the care you would expect from a NHS surgery and supply me with the medication i desperately need.

  5. Unsupported & Frustrating

    Recent experience, feeling patronised and not committed in supporting concerns over daughter’s health and well being.
    I would never request appointment to see Dr * as I have no confidence in him really understanding concerns of mine and my family’s health. The only doctor who was worth seeing was Dr #, who really was committed in giving you the support and help you needed. She really did listen and followed a process of elimination. Unfortunately Dr # has now left the surgery. Not surprising considering how frustrating it must be to work there.

  6. Helpful and caring

    I’ve been a patient at this practice for many years. I have always found the medical team to be professional, kind and caring.
    The administration Team and Practice Manager run the surgery efficently but with full consideration towards their patient’s needs.
