  1. Inefficient

    Can’t book appointments, not even when they have miss booked an appointment made at their request

  2. The place is in chaos.

    The only way to get an appointment is to turn up at 08.00 in person. I arrived at 07.45 and was 9th in line. When you have a chest infection the last thing you what is to stand outside in the cold and rain to get an appointment. Kits no good ringing as no one answers. The reception staff were all temps and could not get the front door open. All the Doctors are locums so you never see the same doctor. Someone must be able to sort this place out. However at least the doctor called me in on time. [What was good about the service? How do you think this service could be improved? – edited by HWE] It really needs a good practice manager and regular Doctors.
