  1. Awful company never use them

    If I could give this company minus one I would, because of one of the staff attending my mother-in-law, caused her to have a nasty fall in the bathroom, as they left her on her own in the bathroom whilst sitting outside writing notes supposedly. This could have been a fatality. [XXX – HWE]. There are two good ladies there [XXX – HWE] but I am not sure whether they put on an act in front of us, because of what happened.
