Provides care for patients aged 19 and over, living in Southend, Castle Point or Rochford, with life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses, for example cancer, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinsons, cardiac disease, Muscular Dystrophy and neurological conditions. Offer a range of services such as respite breaks in the hospice or in your own home, symptom management, Day Care and end of life care. They also have a Family Support Team which offers support to patients and their families for as long as it is needed.
