Essex Health Visiting – Wickford (Virgin Care) Feedback

  1. This service is severely lacking.

    It is utterly soul destroying not being able to have access to a health visitor when needed. It’s awful to need help or advice and have to speak to an answer machine and then wait anxiously for may be a day or more for a telephone call. Where is the face to face service? I have a hearing impairment and need to help my hearing by lip reading. Where is the human contact needed for reassurance?
    Compared to when my eldest was born 7 years ago this service is now not a service, it’s awful.
    I have just tried to phone twice and the phone line went dead twice.
