The South Essex Partnership Trust provides short term loan of community equipment to those registered with a GP within the West Essex area . rnrnThe equipment loan period will be for up to six months. rnrnEquipment is available to assist with mobility, toileting, bathing and minor adaptations e.g raising existing furniture. rnrnThe service is delivered throughout the community including patients own home and community hospitals across west Essex.
