  1. Items missing from repeat prescriptions

    my husband, a Stroke survivor, who is under the Court of Protection is missing items ordered, yet is provided with an item I did not request on his behalf. I telephoned only to get an answerphone message claiming a response within two days. My husband is now without vital medication, with no platform for me to do anything about it. in a word ‘USELESS’.

  2. Very poor service from this surgery

    prescriptions offer a very poor service. Either items are provided that have not been requested OR items are missed off. Constantly having to complain with no improvements made. When telephoning you are put through to an answer machine to leave a message which tells you that a response will be provided within 2 days. Not much good if you are missing medication!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. cannot get service no appointments

    keep ringing waiting a while to get through only to be told no appointments or no nurse employed. Get rid of ACE management cant get appointments, told to now ring on day got through at 8.05 and no appointments available, no copd nurse available if you are lucky enough to get appointment doctors and staff are good.

  4. Long wait-time on phone to make appointments

    Having to spend an hour on the phone in order to get an appointment to see a GP is absurd. I have had the same experience at different times of the day – not just in the 8am ‘rush’ period, and of course getting through to a person is no guarantee of seeing a doctor. The staff at my surgery do their best under difficult circumstances, but this new phone-in system is not fit-for-purpose; it needs to be fixed or abandoned asap. Staff at the surgery friendly and as helpful as they can be.
