The regional environmental controls service provides assessment, provision and follow-up support to those referred to the service who require assistance to maintain or increase their independence. The service does this by giving them the means to operate electrical appliances and computer systems using a variety of switches to operate systems. The equipment supplied depends upon the needs of the individual user.
