Douglas Grove Surgery Feedback

  1. Shocking and disappointing

    No communication from gp’s about test results. I do feel like the gp’s don’t what to talk to you at all and heaven forbid you talk about any women’s health issues. I feel concerned about this surgery as I feel they prescribe you medication with no explanation or very little concern or any follow up. The receptionists do the best they can but I feel they get the rough end of the stick having to deal with patients being palmed off my the doctors.

    Not enough gps over stretched staff can’t get appointments

    they spoke to me for about ten minutes, barely asking for any detail before they prescribed me real strong sleeping pills. turned out i didn’t even need them – not the best idea they’ve ever had is it.

    Good service given under restrictions by NHS England. Partly dependant on knowledge of GP being seen at time. Helpful Receptionists and knowledge of some GPs. Well run and up-to-date with IT.
