  1. GOOD

    Whenever you call to make an appointment have never received a good out come. You call in the morning to be told its emergency only or its full, and same when called in the evening even though I called 5 minutes before put in a queue no 7 and eventually its all gone. It has always been whenever we have called. Today I have actually told them that i have no choice but to put in a complaint. I am sorry to say that I cannot blame my GP as there is no other than the receptionist that’s to blame ,
