  1. Awful, worse than useless

    Treatment was inhumane and degrading

  2. Terrible - I was treated like a criminal

    I was given drugs throughout the duration of my stay without them being properly explained to me. I was treated differently from other patients and was not given assistance with tasks i needed help with. We were all left to fester in our temporary insanity.

      Thank you for reviewing our services. We are sorry to hear that you have found our services offered at the Derwent Centre to be sub-standard. We always endeavour to provide the best possible services but sometimes we fall short of our usual standards. I have forwarded your message on to the manager in charge of the Derwent Centre who will look into your concerns.

      Should you wish to take the matter further, please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service. The Deputy Director of In-patient Services has said that he is willing to meet with you to discuss, your concerns. Please contact us via the PALS system.
