  1. Generally excellent. Minor improvements reqd.

    This is my G.P practice. Their care has been generally excellent after having been discharged to them from EPUT (formerly NEP). My G.P practice is responsible for my mental health needs and have discharged their duties well despite not being mental health specialists. I have seen almost all the GP’s at this practice as well as my designated G.P. I feel that they’ve been as good as i can expect them to be. The bookings system needs to be improved for people who are suffering with mental health conditions as it is confusing and inconsistent. The non-clinical staff, receptionists, administrators etc need to be a little more compassionate and patient when dealing with patients with mental health conditions but this is nothing that cannot be overcome with a little extra training.
